Information we collect

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download or use it. Registration is not required, and the Service Provider does not build user profiles or track activity for advertising purposes.

If network connectivity is used, ordinary technical protocol information such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted by the network infrastructure to complete a request. The Service Provider does not retain that information for tracking or profiling.

Location & third parties

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device. Because the Service Provider does not collect personal information through normal app use, no such information is sold, disclosed, or shared with third parties.

Data Retention

The Service Provider does not retain personal data collected through normal use of Elegance Guide because the Application does not collect such data. Accordingly, there is no server-side personal-data retention period for ordinary app usage.

Data Deletion

Because the Service Provider does not store personal data generated through normal app use on its servers, there is generally no server-side user data to delete.

If you voluntarily provide information directly to the Service Provider, you may request deletion at any time by contacting [email protected]. Requests will be handled subject to any limited legal retention requirements.

To remove any information or preferences that may exist only on your own device, you can clear the Application’s local storage or uninstall the Application.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them.

Security & breach notification

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, exposure risk is minimized. No system is completely secure, however, and the Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to systems under its control.

If a security incident affects information you voluntarily provided directly to the Service Provider, notification will be made where required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Where applicable law requires consent for a change, consent will be requested before that change takes effect.

Your choices & consent

Since no account is required and personal information is not collected through normal use, you can stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it. If you voluntarily provide information and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting lawful processing already completed.
